Power Bank with no "on button"

Does one exist? I have a few of them and they all have a button to switch them on. The problem with that is when I turn off my helmet light...I have to go into my pack and turn the battery back on...which is a pain. Is there one that I don't have to turn on?

Thanks!

There are some that you have to turn on but automatically turn off. Have one from walmart myself for my phone that shuts off on it's own if my phone isnt plugged into it.

I have no idea if that would work with a light though.

I've been browsing Amazon and I don't think one exists. Maybe it has to be switched on in order to not lose the charge.
they exist

some have accelerometers and turn on when moved

just gotta hunt.

mine might be a specialty item as I got it as corporate swag, but it's
a no-button movement-sensing powerbank 7000mah
I found this older thread on the Candlepower site that pertains to this subject.

I use powerbanks once in a while for bar use but for the helmet I normally run the above setup of an ebay battery and a Magicshine usb adapter. Always on an it seems a little more efficient about transferring energy. Interesting I couldn't find the adapter on the MS site but I did find it on ebay + I'm sure a suitable alternative could be found with a little research.

Both Xiaomi power banks that I have (they are both 10KmAh) are fully automatic, no need to press any buttons at all. when you plug in phone or any other device that consumes power, power bank will turn itself on and when you unplug it it will shut off after about 5-10 seconds.
It also shuts down if the power consumtpion is very low so you cant use those small usb pcb lights with 3 or 6 leds if you put it in lowest mode because they consume very litle power. Same principle shuts off the power bank if you left you phone pluged in, when phones battery is almost full it reduces current draw significantly (to under 50mA) so power bank shuts off automaticly.
That Magicshine connector looks pretty clever!

I'll check out the Xiaomi power bank.

Thanks!

Lol...I completely forgot about this thread.

I had one the whole time and didn't even realize it. I don't remember the model...but the brand is called "Mophie". It's also actually lighter than my other power banks. I can check the model number I have on Wednesday. I really like being able to turn the light back on without having to go into my pack and pressing a button the battery.

I think I have the older version of this model.

I noticed this Gemini pack on ActionLED (sold out) but it's avail on Amazon: Gemini 4-Cell Battery 60Wh 8.4V USB-C

USC-C charging, hard case and can act as a USB-C power pack, not cheap though.

Also a 2 Cell version for helmet user: Gemini 2-Cell Battery 8.4V USB-C

21700 Batteries, slightly heavier but more run time.
