Hi! Any tips on a powerbank that doesn’t shut off on low power draw?

I want to power a zigbee USB LED Strip that’s about 1,5 meters long.

I’m in Sweden/EU.

I think that some of the Anker ones have a low power draw mode that will do this. Don't quote me on that though.

I also think I’ve read about that, but they only do it for a couple of hours if I recall correctly b

I stumbled on these Monoprice units that nicely stay on to power a gps logger ( BadElf Pro ) until the power bank is dead. Most other power banks I have used would shut off once the gps battery was fully charged, which then require manual intervention to get more juice from the power bank. FYI, I got these power banks on a good sale.
